Based in Tunbridge Wells, Kent. McMeeking Chartered Surveyors are a small dedicated team focusing on industrial and commercial property located around the south east section of the M25 into Kent, Sussex and south east London.
David McMeeking BSc (Hons) MA MRICS
David set up the firm from
scratch in 1993 having studied at Nottingham Trent University and
trained with London surveying practices including Gerald Eve and Cushman
& Wakefield.
David is a RICS Registered Valuer.
David runs
the agency and development side of the business where his local
knowledge and hands on and practical approach are used to the benefit of
clients.
David is known to enjoy climbing, horse riding or offshore sailing
adventures as a break from the office.
